Initial Consultation: Discuss needs, wants, budgets, location, and lot specifications. During this time, we also can determine if we are a good fit for each other before signing contracts. That is always a priority in Step 1!

After a lot is secured, we take the information from Step 1 and meet with the architects to discuss everything we want incorporated into your new build. There will be several more meetings to go over preliminary drawings until we get them dialed in to your desire. This process can take several weeks. During this time, choices of finishes and selections can be made.

With the final blueprints in hand, we can create an accurate pricing outline. Allowances are typically given for some items.
