Together with our design team we would get a scope of work that fits into your desired budget. We then go over selections, time frame, and detailed costs of the job. This is when a contract would be signed and your project gets on the schedule.
Shop, shop, shop, time to pick out finishes. Larger items such as cabinets and windows (which may have a longer lead time) would be ordered as soon as possible, this gets done before the project is started. Having all items selected and choices made will expediate the job.
